Disclaimer: We are a technology platform, not a real estate broker, agent, or financial advisor. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee transaction outcomes.

Certain services may require payment of fees:

• Service Fees: Specific fees apply to verification, advisory, and premium services
• Transaction Fees: May apply to successful property transactions
• Subscription Fees: For premium features or agent accounts

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PropSafe Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our proprietary material.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROPSAFE HUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA (₦100,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
